put a brand new one in and it didnt smoke at all but now my hazard and blinker lights wont work but the funny thing is that the bulbs are worken my signals wont show up or anything could i have bad wireing but if so would my new bulb be smoken also

Sound like you either used the wrong number bulb, or put it in backwards. It would help if I knew what model car or what number bulb you used. (The bulb that smoked, that was because the glass was cracked, and air got inside.)

Did you try the fuse?
It seems the troubles are an unending source of grief for you, Stuart. The bulbs only go in one way. Make sure you have the CORRECT bulb(lots of different wattages will fit) and then check your fuses.
