2006 Ford Focus Signal and Tail Light Issue?

I've been working on a 2006 Ford Focus for a few days trying to find the source of an electrical problem in the lights. The running lights work in the back, the tail lights that is when you are driving down the road, but when you apply brakes the rear right light does not respond. The turn signal on the rear right side doesn't work either. I have checked the fuses 42 (stop lamps), 30 (parking lamps), and 32 (turn signal) but there was nothing wrong with the fuses for the lights. I also tried changing the bulbs, but that wasn't the problem either. The running lights still work on the rear right corner, but the brake light and turn signal light do not work on the rear right tail lights. I can't figure out what the problem is. Electricity is reaching the brake light, but it doesn't work. The front turn signal on the right side works, but it is blinking very rapidly now that the one on the right in the back does not work. Please help me figure out the problem. The dealership wants to charge several hundred to fix and they want to keep the car for 3 to 5 days. I can't wait that long.

First you have to look at your taillight sockets and make sure they are not burned if they are well you need to replace it .For example if the socket is black inside you need a new one. Also if you go to any Autozone they would be more than happy to help you out with this issue . And if not well ask the Autozoner if he/she recommends anyone that does not charge that much like the dealers.

sounds like a ground problem. the tail lights have a lower amp draw than the turn/ brake lights.get a jumper wire and connect between the ground wire in the circiut and a good chassis ground. if that fixes the problem find the bad ground connection
