I've changed the turn signal switch, brake light switch and followed all of the wires and everything seems connected. I also checked all of the grounds and they all look good. My guage clusters work and all so does the dome light, I can't figure this out any suggestions would help thanks

Check all of the fuses on the fuse panel under the dash, not just the ones for the lights.

did you check the turn signal relay in the fuse box and the fuses
probably blown fuses. fine classic car you have , treasure it.
Ok Im a woman but I know from hearing my husband with this same problem,under your brake pedal is a little silver thing,it has something to do with your lights,you should check it,we wiggled ours and found it needed replaced,not easy to find the piece though on that late model
