On a Mitshubishi Eclipse 2004 can just anyone change a rear tail light?

Some one randomly busted out my Right tail light. I have an estimate to order the parts. By the way its just not the light but the whole covering for the light. Luckily the light still works for now. Can anyone change the light/covering with little to no trouble--I guess provided you had the right tools. Thank you for your help|||and a little know how
